I finally heard back from the company I interviewed with on Monday. Apparently things went very well. I'll know more details this afternoon hopefully, but all indications are that my hard work over the past several years is finally going to pay off and I'm moving into the gaming industry.

Wow.

I can't describe how I'm feeling right now. I feel like I'm in a dream. If so, I don't want to wake up.

The only question at this point seems to be whether I'm going to be doing engine development or game code and which project I'm going to work on. Apparently, several of the teams really liked me and they're trying to figure out how to "divide" me. Eeek.

Somebody pinch me.
