Some advices from experienced game devs

I'd like to know the whole process of creating a game from the beginning to the end. What I have to do first, what I have to note for the future, what issues need to be identified. What needs to be done after the game idea is formed. What kind of specialists will be needed. How can I tell correctly my idea to specialists and get what I need from them. How can i become the connecting link between them. How much time it will take to create the game. What additional costs await the company in addition to remuneration and advertising.
My game is going to be as simple as possible. Probably it is going to be the same type as VooDoo games or sth. May be like "Helix Jump", "Rise Up", "Balls VS Blocks" and etc.

Do you have any useful skills of your own, or money to have people do it for you? Otherwise nobody is going to make your game I'm afraid.

FAQ 10 talks a bit about the process, from the point of view of a producer of console games at Activision in the past. The indie process involves different concerns (funding, for starters).

Those sort of games are usually referred to as "hyper casual", which may help you to search for resources/information specific to those.

Are you wanting to create the game yourself, or do you want others to create it for you?

I suggest you do like I did. Go to your local library or go online and purchase a couple books on game development. They will teach you a lot more than you can get from an excerpt from here. You can get the obvious "How to make a game" book, or go after the more college levels books that give you a more indepth process. I wasn't scared to do that back in my day, so maybe you won't either.
