Epoch makes history!

It was quite a ride, and involved far more use of hex editors and obscure console commands than should be legal, but I've finally got it working - it is now possible to embed Epoch programs inside a stub EXE, allowing you to run purely from binary form - no source code required.

Give it a shot. It's not a particularly exciting demo, but it gets the job done, with a nod to programmer tradition.

This officially means that Release 5 is coming down the pipe Soon(TM). I still have a lot of minor things to do, of the pesky little "TODO" variety. There's still a solid amount of work to be done in order to get this thing in good shape for a release, so it may take some time. All the big hurdles are fully cleared, though.

One particular problem is that when you run the generated stub EXE, you don't get an output console. This means that if the program does nothing but read/write to and from the console, it basically just sits around being invisible. I'm not sure how to fix this off the top of my head, but it can't be too drastic.

In any case, I am officially verging on brain-dead for the day, so enjoy your little slice of Epoch and hold on tight for R5!
