I was just going through some old CD''s and I found some of Tomita''s arrangements of classics like Holst''s Planets and Firebird from like the 70''s. Has anyone else heard this stuff? Anyway, as I was listening I realized that some of these would make perfect music for an RPG or sci-fi. I know that you can''t use someone else''s arrangements, but his style sparked some great creative ideas for me... BTW, you can use your own arrangements of classical music in a game, correct?

You can use anything that is a number of years old (I think that number is 25, but don''t trust me). Remember also that if you are using a peformance of it, the actual recorded peformance of it must be over 25 years old. Generaly the best idea would be to make a MIDI or sequence it or somthing. You don''t even have to arange it, you can just direcly copy.
