I like most of that model (glasses are good! Plus I like the shoes). The only thing I'm not sure about is the colouring of the clothes. Due to the lack of shading it's hard to see where her right arm begins, and that just looks a bit weird to me. She might look better in motion or on a different background however (the hue of the background and the clothes seem to be the same to me, which might be part of the problem).

I agree with trapper about the color of the clothing -- but I like the style of the clothing and the glasses. There was definitely something wrong with the old one, and you fixed it somehow. This one looks real nice.
